We are seeking a Labor Compliance Specialist (CM Technical Specialist) to join our Southern, CA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Work with Economic Impact Team to help generate KPI performance reports for workforce and inclusion.
  • Identify state / federal wage requirements and provide federal wage rates for inclusion.
  • Maintain and optimize business engagement database; maintain compliance reports and ad hoc data.
  • Coordinate with and act as Point of Contact with Project Team and client's stakeholders to present labor compliance

requirements at pre-bid and pre-construction meetings.

  • Review contractor labor policies for compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Train contractors and staff to ensure compliance.
  • Understand certified payroll reports and / or other payroll related / labor compliance documents.
  • Track changes and updates to state / federal labor compliance and wage regulations.
  • Update the labor compliance practices accordingly.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or business-related field.
  • Labor compliance experience / duties for a public agency(ies) with large, multi-billion-dollar capital programs.
  • High proficiency of LCP Tracker.

Compensation :

72,800-$135,200 hourly

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
