Job summary

AGC of California is seeking a Labor Compliance Manager reporting to the Senior Director, Labor Relations. This role serves as a primary technical and member-facing resource for MLAs, PLAs, union obligations and related labor compliance matters.

The position supports the full lifecycle of member labor relations service, coordinating POA member meetings, leading pre-job conferences, responding to inquiries, supporting grievances, and maintaining contract and POA records with high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or related field preferred, or 5-7 years of labor relations experience.
• Progressively responsible experience in labor relations, contract administration or similar fields.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a primary technical resource for MLA/PLA compliance and related contract administration.
• Responds to member inquiries and interprets complex agreement provisions.
• Leads pre-job conferences, coordinates POA meetings and maintains records.
• Supports grievance matters and prepares member communications and toolbox talks.
• Maintains accurate POA and contract records and tracks inquiries and follow-up.
