Connect Legal Partners seeks a senior environmental and workplace safety attorney to lead and grow a nationwide practice, advising on OSHA matters and related compliance. The firm backs partners with marketing, business development and cutting-edge technology tools to scale the practice.

The role requires a portable book and a JD from a large national firm or a boutique, with no significant client conflicts to succeed in a partner track environment.

• 10 or more years in environmental or workplace safety law.

A national labor and employment firm with offices across the US. Because the firm focuses on workplace law, a safety and environmental practice sits at the center of what it does rather than competing with unrelated groups for attention.

The role

You will bring and grow a practice advising on environmental and workplace safety matters, including OSHA work, with the backing of a national platform. The firm supports partners with marketing, business development and a strong set of technology tools. The level of the seat depends on the book you bring.

What you will need

• 10 or more years in environmental or workplace safety law
• A portable book of around $500K for an income partner seat, or around $1M for equity partner
• JD, with a background at a large national firm or a boutique
• No significant client conflicts
