We are a nationally recognized Am Law firm seeking an associate with a focus on OSHA compliance, workplace safety enforcement, and related litigation. The role offers experience with complex regulatory matters and high‑stakes disputes in a well‑established practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on OSHA and MSHA compliance, enforcement, and regulatory matters.
• Represent employers in workplace safety investigations and related litigation.
• Manage on‑site inspections and interact directly with regulatory agencies.
• Conduct depositions, handle discovery, and draft motions in employment litigation matters.
• Support whistleblower defense cases and related proceedings.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop litigation and compliance strategies.
• Provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice to clients across industries.
