Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking a senior labor and employment attorney to establish and grow a Houston practice under a national platform. You’ll have autonomy over your calendar and a transparent, results-based compensation model supported by cross-referrals from a nationwide network. The role requires 10+ years in labor and employment law, a portable book around $1M, and readiness to relocate to Houston.

The firm

A national labor and employment firm with offices across the US, focused entirely on workplace law. Partners have a large network of colleagues across the country to refer work to and from.

The role

You will bring an established labor and employment practice to the Houston office and keep growing it with the support of a national platform. Partners have real autonomy over how they run their practice, and the pay model is open, so it is clear how your results turn into compensation. We will want to understand the size of your book, how portable it is, and the kind of clients you act for.
