Job description

We have an immediate need for a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney. This is a full time direct hire opportunity. It offers a hybrid or remote schedule but must live in the greater Philadelphia area to attend court.

Job Requirements Include:

• Have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Have a minimum of two years of experience, preferably defending labor and employment claims
• Have experience, preferably defending liability claims and handling insurance defense and/or complex litigation
• Have experience drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participating in arbitrations/trials
• Have excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills.
• Be an active member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.
