Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar
• Minimum of one (1) year prior civil litigation experience
• Experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts
• Strong advocacy skills and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions, responding to discovery requests, and taking/defending depositions
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
