LHH is working with a well-established law firm with a national footprint is seeking a junior-level associate to join its dynamic team in Boston, MA.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a few years of experience handling general liability and construction matters who is ready to take on more responsibility and work closely with seasoned trial attorneys. The role offers exposure to a wide range of complex cases involving professional services, construction, and general liability.

What You’ll Do:

• Support senior attorneys on active litigation matters from start to finish
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Participate in client communications and strategy sessions
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Collaborate with experts and assist in trial preparation

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in civil defense or related areas
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
