Prominent firm seeks an Attorney with 3-20+ years of insurance coverage experience. This role can be 100% remote or hybrid in any of their Florida offices. Ideal candidate will have third-party/bad faith experience, including drafting coverage opinions and representing insurers in coverage litigation and be admitted to practice in Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Draft coverage opinions
• Negotiating settlements of cases alongside clients of small to large cases with coverage issues
• Analysis of claims
• Legal Research
