  • Conduct and support workplace investigations involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
  • Engage in labor negotiations and advise on workforce matters.
  • Counsel clients on government law issues, including the California Public Records Act and the Brown Act.
  • Draft training materials and present to client boards and HR teams.
