Job description

Thompson Hine LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Labor & Employment practice group in its Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dayton, or Columbus office. The candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience counseling clients on a variety of employment issues, reviewing handbooks and contracts, and representing clients in single plaintiff and collective action litigation (i.e., wage & hour, discrimination, and retaliation claims). Traditional labor experience, such as NLRB administrative and enforcement proceedings, grievances, and labor arbitration, is a plus, but not required. A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills are required. The candidate must be admitted (or in the process of being admitted) in Ohio and in good standing.

The estimated annual salary range for this position in Ohio is $190,000-$235,000. Exact salary will be determined by the experience and skillset of the candidate.
