Thompson Hine LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Business Litigation practice group in its Dayton office. The candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience working on complex commercial litigation matters (i.e., complex contract-disputes, partnership disputes, etc.). Ideal experience includes, but is not limited to, conducting research, writing memos, participating in discovery, and assisting with pre-trial memos. A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills are required. The candidate must be admitted (or in the process of being admitted in) Ohio and be in good standing.

The estimated annual salary range for this position in Ohio is $180,000-$220,000. Exact salary will be determined by the experience and skillset of the candidate.
