The position involves collaborating with an experienced team of business executives and human resources personnel to implement policies and provide training to an international workforce.

Responsibilities include providing expert review and advice on employment matters across different departments and geographies including topics of employment practices, performance management, interpretation of collective bargaining agreements, and execution of corporate policy. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with other departments and internal clients to conduct internal investigations.
