Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to support perioperative teams in the Center for Women and Newborns. This full-time, 36-hour weekly position offers a rotating shift and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualified candidates will have CST certification, 2+ years of Surgical Tech experience, and a high school diploma. Knowledge of sterile technique and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team are essential to ensure safe, high-quality

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields, instruments, and equipment.
  • Anticipate the needs of surgeons and procedural teams throughout surgical and obstetrical procedures.
  • Ensure surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are readily available and functioning properly.
  • Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere to all infection prevention standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
  • Support efficient operating room and procedural workflows to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Surgical Technologist 36 hour rotating $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Eligible Center for Women and Newborns | Boston, MA Full-Time | 36 Hours per Week | Rotating Shift

Key Responsibilities
