Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for Labor & Delivery on a 24-hour rotating schedule with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

You will join a high-acuity OB surgical team, assisting with C-sections, postpartum procedures, and complex maternal-fetal operations alongside OB surgeons, anesthesia, NICU, and nursing teams. Requires CST certification and 2+ years of Surgical Tech experience, with Labor & Delivery experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CST Certification is required.
• 2+ years of Surgical Tech experience required.
• Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications: BLS preferred, CST – NBSTSA required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Cesarean sections.
• Assist with Emergency C-sections.
• Support postpartum hemorrhage procedures.

Job Summary

Certified Surgical Technologist 24 hour rotating 10k sign on bonus! Surgical Technologist – Labor & Delivery Brigham and Women's Hospital Join one of the nation’s leading Labor & Delivery teams, supporting more than 6,000 births each year in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment.

At BWH, Surgical Techs are key members of the OB surgical team, assisting with:

• Cesarean sections
• Emergency C-sections
• Postpartum hemorrhage procedures
• D&C procedures
• Tubal ligations
• Complex maternal-fetal surgeries

You’ll work alongside OB surgeons, anesthesia, NICU, nursing, and physician teams in a collaborative academic medical center known for advanced maternal care.
