Job summary

Saint Peter's Healthcare System is a Magnet-designated hospital seeking a Labor-Delivery RN for per diem night shifts. The role emphasizes collaboration with a high-performing nursing team and adherence to established Standards of Care.

Requirements include NJ RN licensure, BLS, NRP, ACLS and fetal monitoring certifications. A BSN is preferred, with the potential for additional certification pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
• One year of experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association.
• NRP certification Part I & II required.
• ACLS certification obtained during clinical orientation.
• National Fetal Monitor certification obtained during clinical orientation.
• Special OB course completed during clinical orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team.
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards.
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care.
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy.
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care.

Labor and Delivery RN Per Diem Nights will:

Requirements:

• BSN preferred

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part I & II required
• ACLS certification obtained during clinical orientation

Salary Range: 56.00 - 56.00 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
