Job summary

Saint Peter's Healthcare System is seeking a Neonatal ICU RN for a per diem role in New Jersey. The position requires an active New Jersey RN license, BLS certification, and NRP certification.

One year of experience and/or BSN are preferred to join a collaborative team delivering high-quality neonatal care. The role involves assessing neonatal patients, administering medications, adhering to care standards, documenting care, and contributing to a supportive nursing team in a magnet-designated

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part I & II required.
• 1 year of experience preferred; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care

The NICU RN Per Diem will:

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• One (1) year of experience preferred BSN preferred
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part I & II required

Salary Range: 56.00 - 56.00 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
