Job summary

Texas Health Resources in Denton, TX is seeking a part-time Certified Surgical Technologist for Labor and Delivery. The role supports intra-operative care, assists the RN circulator, and participates in peri-operative planning for diverse patient populations.

Candidates should have CST credentials, OR experience, and OB/L&D familiarity; BCLS certification is required before independent patient care. Work location is the Texas Health Denton campus with night shifts.

Qualifications

• CST credential required or equivalent (NBSTSA/NCCT)
• 1 year OR experience preferred
• Labor and Delivery experience preferred
• BCLS certification prior to providing independent patient care

Responsibilities

• Assist in peri-operative care across infant to adult patients
• Preoperatively assist RN circulator with plan of care
• Support infection prevention and safe patient handling per standards
• Assist with instrument and supply processing post-operation
