Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Oracle Fusion).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making.
• Planning and organizational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Create and update labor reports for month-end and cost insights.
• Analyze GL details and develop dashboards to inform decisions.
• Support reporting and automation projects from requirements through testing.
• Act as SME for Oracle Fusion reporting and forecasting.
• Review forecast cycles for merit, benefits, allocations calculations.
• Submit and review forecast adjustments to expenses and FTE headcount.
• Provide ad hoc analysis during month-end close, forecasting, and planning.
• Explain month-end expense variances with clear drivers.
• Collaborate with Workday and decision-support teams to provide insights.
• Develop training materials and governance docs for reporting processes.
