Qualifications

Solid financial, analytical, and accounting skills.
1+ years in financial analysis or accounting.
Experience with financial reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Oracle Fusion).
Strong attention to detail with data accuracy and integrity.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Analytical thinking with problem assessment and recommendations.
Planning and organizational awareness.

Responsibilities

Create and update labor reports for month-end reporting and insights into labor expenses.
Conduct financial analysis to understand performance, trends, and forecasts.
Contribute to reporting and automation projects, including design and testing.
Serve as SME for Oracle Fusion reporting and forecasting across Finance.
Run forecast cycles with checks on merit, benefits, allocations, and calculations.
Submit and review forecast adjustments to expenses, FTE, and allocations.
Provide ad hoc analytical support during close, forecasting, and planning cycles.
Analyze month-end expense variances and explain differences from forecasts.
Collaborate with decision support, Workday teams, and stakeholders.
Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices.
