Role: Labels Technical & Innovation Manager

Reporting Line: Reporting to Innovation Director

The role will support global, regional and site teams. The resource will be required to travel domestically and internationally for trials and client visits.

Overview:

The Labels Technical & Innovation Manager role has been established to strengthen our Packaging’s technical leadership, innovation capability, and operational excellence across the Pharma & Healthcare labels portfolio. The role will work closely with our existing subject matter experts in labels, adhesives, regulatory, printing technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes, while bringing additional external industry expertise and perspective to accelerate innovation and support strategic business objectives.

Working closely with Sales, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Innovation, and external partners, the Labels Technical Manager will connect customer requirements with robust technical solutions that deliver superior product performance, manufacturing efficiency, and commercial success.

Responsibility:

The Labels Technical & Innovation Manager is responsible for supporting the growth, technical excellence, and innovation of our pharmaceutical labels business primarily across the Americas region.

Acting to bridge and align customers, sales, operations, and innovation teams, the role combines customer-facing technical support, manufacturing process improvement, and new product development to strengthen our market position and operational capabilities.

The role supports key sites including Indianapolis, Greensboro, Clayton and Manati and works closely with commercial, technical, quality, and innovation teams.

The role will

• Partner with and support the Americas pharmaceutical sales team to grow the pharma labels business
• Lead and support continuous improvement activities within our sites to optimise processes
• Support the development and commercialization of new solutions including global Innovations & Clinical Trials
