Job summary

Iconex is seeking a Production Team Member to operate and maintain equipment that produces labels, tickets, and receipt paper. You will monitor quality, troubleshoot machinery, and apply materials with precision to deliver consistent products.

The role offers a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment with 12-hour day/night shifts and a night differential. 2+ years of printing experience and a High School diploma are preferred.

• 2+ years of printing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and follow protocols.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot label manufacturing equipment.
• Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Log production data accurately using computer systems.
• Support material handling, packing, and cross-department collaboration.
• Participate in safety training and hazard identification.

• Operate and maintain equipment producing labels, tickets, and receipt paper

  • Days: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Nights: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
• $2.75/hour night shift differential. Earn extra pay while working evenings with a consistent 12‑hour rotation

Your Impact
