Job summary

Iconex is seeking a Production Team Member in Morristown, TN to operate and maintain equipment producing labels, tickets, and receipt paper in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will monitor production, troubleshoot equipment, and apply materials with precision to deliver consistent, high-quality products. A +2 years printing background, strong mechanical aptitude, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• +2 years of printing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and follow protocols.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing long shifts.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot label manufacturing equipment.
• Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Log production data accurately using computer systems.
• Support material handling, packing, and cross-department collaboration.
• Participate in safety training and proactive hazard identification.

• Operate and maintain equipment producing labels, tickets, and receipt paper

  • Days: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Nights: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
• $2.75/hour night shift differential. Earn extra pay while working evenings with a consistent 12-hour rotation
