Job summary

M2S Group’s Iconex is seeking an Assistant Press Operator to join a growing production team in Morristown, TN. You will learn the label manufacturing process, train on presses, and support material prep to ensure quality finished goods.

You’ll start in a growth role designed to develop skills, advance with responsibility, and earn higher pay as you gain experience on press lines and finishing equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with press/coater setup and operation.
• Prepare materials and components for production.
• Operate finishing equipment (sheeter, fan folder, tape machine, etc.).
• Monitor and document product quality.
• Package and label finished goods.
• Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and 6S housekeeping.
• Collaborate with team and support training efforts.

Your Impact

You help keep production moving by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards that customers rely on every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with press/coater setup and operation


• Prepare materials and components for production


• Operate finishing equipment (sheeter, fan folder, tape machine, etc.)


• Monitor and document product quality


• Package and label finished goods


• Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and 6S housekeeping


• Collaborate with team members and support training efforts

You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED


• Manufacturing experience preferred


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods


• Basic math and computer skills


• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork


• Must comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendance
