Job summary

M2S Group is seeking an Assistant Press Operator to join our Jefferson City, TN manufacturing team. This growth role offers training on and operation of print presses, with a path to higher responsibility and pay as you develop skills.

You'll assist with press setup, prepare materials, and help maintain quality while supporting 6S housekeeping and team training efforts. This is a full-time, on-site position with weekly pay and a quarterly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Must comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with press/coater setup and operation.
• Prepare materials and components for production.
• Operate finishing equipment (sheeter, fan folder, tape machine, etc.).
• Monitor and document product quality.
• Package and label finished goods.
• Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and 6S housekeeping.
• Collaborate with team members and support training efforts.

You help keep production moving by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards that customers rely on every day.
