Job summary

M2S Group, including Iconex, is seeking an Assistant Press Operator to support label manufacturing. You will learn the process, prepare materials, and operate presses on a 12-hour shift (3 days on, 2 days off) from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM. Weekly pay and a quarterly bonus accompany the growth-oriented role.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, assist with setup, monitor quality, and collaborate with the team to advance into higher-responsibility positions with increased pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with press/coater setup and operation.
• Prepare materials and components for production.
• Operate finishing equipment (sheeter, fan folder, tape machine, etc.).
• Monitor and document product quality.
• Package and label finished goods.
• Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and 6S housekeeping.
• Collaborate with team and support training efforts.
