Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Project Manager for Label Packaging in Alameda, CA, to lead labeling strategy and deliver compliant, high-quality labeling solutions for digital health tools. You will partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and PMO to ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation.

You will supervise labeling specialists, drive continuous improvement, and manage change control within the product lifecycle system, aligning with corporate goals and patient safety commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Technical, QA, or Operations with project management.
• Knowledge of Medical Device/IVD regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to lead people and projects and influence diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide labeling project strategy aligned with company goals.
• Prioritize daily activities to support Artwork and Labeling Development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet FDA and international regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement to prevent recurrence.
• Lead and develop labeling specialists, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Manage change control packages in the PLM system and coordinate approvals.
