Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Lead on the 2nd shift in Texas Center to supervise daily production. You will assist the supervisor with setup, monitor USDA/HACCP compliance, and manage staffing based on workflow and attendance.

You’ll relieve line personnel as needed and back up the supervisor when absent, ensuring smooth operations on the 2nd shift. The role requires at least six months of lead experience with a single employer within the last year, and the physical demands of the job must be met.

Qualifications

• Lead experience of at least 6 months with the same employer within the last 12 months.
• Background checks may be required for certain roles at Tyson Foods.
• Must be willing and able to meet the physical requirements of the job.

Requirements

• The Applicant must have a least six (6) months of Lead experience with single employer within the last 12 months
• Certain roles at Tyson require background checks. If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended.
