Job description

Position: Label Room Attendant (3rd Shift: 11pm-7:30am, Sunday - Thursday)

As the Label Room Attendant, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, reconciling, and destroying labels and inserts. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to ensure the production of high-quality and accurate products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Control the distribution of proper labels to the packaging lines.
  2. Handle computer transactions related to labels.
  3. Oversee storage of physical labels and inserts in the label room.
  4. Quarantine, hold, and/or destruct labels and complete documentation.
  5. Check incoming labels and materials for physical defects.
  6. Follow safety rules, SOPs, GDPs, and cGMPs guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
  1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
  3. Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand, climb, bend, etc., within a manufacturing environment.
SKILLS:
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills.
  • Ability to respond to verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $20.60-$23.18, including a $3.00/hour shift differential. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
