Sinclair Systems International, LLC is a label supplier to the produce industry, seeking a Shift Supervisor – Label Production in Fresno, CA. Lead production operations, coach a team, and ensure safe, efficient manufacturing of labels in a hands-on role.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing and people-management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Travel up to 5% domestically may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory or formal leadership training, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing employees.
• Experience managing production schedules, labor resources, and operational performance.
• Experience working with KPIs and driving performance improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coach, mentor, and develop production employees to achieve individual and team goals.
• Manage performance, attendance, employee relations, training, and development plans.
• Coordinate cross-training and workforce development activities to increase team capability and flexibility.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, GMPs, BRCGS, ISO and company policies.
• Conduct workplace inspections, housekeeping audits, and corrective action follow-up.
• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
