Job summary

F&S Fresh Foods in Riverside, CA is seeking an organized Production Control/Office Support specialist to ensure efficient, accurate label production and to assist in day-to-day office operations.

You will print labels, monitor inventory, report mechanical problems, maintain files and spreadsheets, and enter data such as lot codes and country of origin, supporting the Operations and Production teams.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with MS Word and Excel.
• Minimum of one year of office administrative support preferred.
• Some college experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, oral and written skills; ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient label production according to company policy.
• Assist and print labels to meet production goals.
• Assist in the monitoring of inventory levels.
• Report any mechanical problems with computers or printers.
• Maintain office files & spreadsheets.
• Data entry (i.e., lot code, code date, country of origin).
