Sinclair Systems International, LLC in Fresno, CA is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor – Label Production to lead daily production operations, coach staff, and ensure safe, quality-driven label manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing and people management experience, demonstrates strong problem-solving, and can drive continuous improvement while meeting schedules and customer requirements.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory or formal leadership training, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing employees.
• Experience managing production schedules, labor resources, and operational performance.
• Experience working with KPIs and driving performance improvements.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically.

Mansioni

• Lead production employees to achieve individual and team goals.
• Manage performance, attendance, employee relations, training, and development plans.
• Coordinate cross-training and workforce development activities to increase team capability.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, GMPs, ISO and company policies.
• Conduct workplace inspections and corrective action follow-up.
• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Provide clear directions and expectations to employees during shifts.
• Shift handovers communicating status and safety concerns.
