Job summary

MCC is seeking an entry-level Picker/Packer to support the production and packaging of premium labels. You will inspect finished labels, band and shrink wrap stacks, and prepare boxes for shipment, contributing to efficient workflow and quality control.

This role offers growth into additional positions within MCC. Ideal candidates are physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with accuracy in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for full shift.

• Strong physical stamina for a manufacturing environment.
• Regularly able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Adequate vision to perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished labels to ensure quality.
• Band and shrink wrap stacks of finished labels.
• Assemble corrugated boxes or trays.
• Pack finished labels in boxes for shipment.
• Stack boxes on pallet for shipment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Operate a pallet jack.
• Follow safety policies and procedures (ISO, GMA SAFE, HAACP).
• Interact professionally with colleagues and maintain company ethics.
• Maintain daily housekeeping in the facility.
