Job summary

You will inspect, band, shrink wrap stacks of finished labels and assemble boxes for shipment, with opportunities to grow into other positions within MCC. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, plus room for advancement through hands-on

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the full shift.
• Ability to frequently walk and move.
• Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and basic packing tasks.
• Maintain safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspects finished labels to ensure quality.
• Bands and shrink wraps stacks of finished labels.
• Assembles corrugated boxes or trays.
• Packs finished labels in boxes for shipment.
• Stacks boxes on pallet for shipment.
• Completes required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Operates a pallet jack.
• Follows facility safety policies and HAACP/ISO regulations.
• Interacts professionally with associates and maintains company ethics.
• Maintains daily housekeeping and performs other duties as assigned.
