Job summary

MCC is a global leader in premium labels, seeking a picker/packer to inspect, band, and shrink wrap stacks of finished labels and assemble boxes for shipment. This entry-level role supports safety, quality, and sustainability goals while offering growth into other positions.

Responsibilities include packing, palletizing, documenting tasks, operating pallet jacks, and adhering to ISO/GMA SAFE/HAACP standards. Training and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for full shift.
• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspects finished labels to ensure quality.
• Bands and shrink wraps stacks of finished labels.
• Assembles corrugated boxes or trays.
• Packs finished labels in boxes for shipment.
• Stacks boxes on pallet for shipment.
• Completes required documentation accurately.
• Operates a pallet jack.
• Complies with safety policies and procedures.
• Maintains daily housekeeping.
• Travels as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
