Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Label Operations Manager for the S12 Summit West, NJ facility. The role leads a team, ensures GMP-compliant label control for clinical and commercial products, and drives continuous improvement across labeling processes.

The position requires strong GMP knowledge, leadership experience, and collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing and Regulatory teams to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant experience.
• Advanced GMP, quality, compliance and risk management knowledge.
• Ability to interpret issues and communicate clearly to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Label Operations team to ensure label management aligns with global requirements.
• Oversee daily activities and maintain compliance across labeling processes.
• Develop staff, provide coaching and succession planning.
• Update SOPs, manage GMP documentation and batch records.
• Support system implementations for labeling and electronic control.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing and Technical Operations partners.
