Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong mechanical skills to analyze and operate label machine equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate label machines to meet daily deadlines with a zero-defect mindset.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and diagnose root causes rather than applying quick fixes.
• Monitor tolerances and log materials and time in the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean, safe production environment and prioritize team safety.
