In this role, you aren't just pushing buttons—you are the "pilot" of your equipment. You will be responsible for operating label machines efficiently, troubleshooting technical issues on the fly, and ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Own Your Production: Setup and operate label machines to meet daily deadlines with a "zero-defect" mindset.
• Troubleshoot & Improve: Use your mechanical aptitude to diagnose malfunctions and find root-cause solutions rather than "band-aid" fixes.
• Drive Precision: Monitor close tolerances and use our ERP system to log materials and time accurately.

Additional Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must have one to two years related experience and/or training.
