Job summary

Vestcom, a unit of Avery Dennison, is hiring a Machine Operator to run label machines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality with a zero-defect mindset. You’ll log materials and time in the ERP system and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related mechanical experience, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and basic reading of measurements and computer literacy.

• Troubleshoot and Improve: Diagnose malfunctions and find root-cause solutions, not band-aids.
• Drive Precision: Monitor close tolerances and log materials and time in the ERP system.
• Safety First: Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
