Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a production operator for its facility. The role involves operating label machines to meet daily production deadlines, minimizing waste, and maintaining accurate logs. You will use the ERP system to track time and materials and ensure a clean, safe work area in compliance with company policies.

Typically requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience, and strong mechanical skills. OT or different shifts may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills to analyze and operate label machine equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates the label machines to meet production deadlines.
• Minimizes waste and ensures proper use of raw materials.
• Maintains logs and uses ERP system to track time and materials for each job.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness of the work area; follows PPE and safety rules.
• May work overtime or on another shift as needed.
