Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Label Machine Operator for front end nightshift (Sun–Tue 7:00 PM–6:30 AM; Wed 6:30 PM–3:00 AM). The role pays $20/hour with a night shift differential and offers day-one health benefits, 401K eligibility, and paid time off.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years related experience and/or training.
Strong mechanical skills and ability to operate label equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Color vision and close vision are required.

Responsibilities

Operate label machines to meet production deadlines according to the daily job schedule.
Minimize waste and misuse of raw materials.
Log time and materials in the ERP system for each job.
Maintain dies and uphold safety policies and PPE usage.
Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area; comply with safety rules.
