Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Label Line Lead to efficiently coordinate daily label line operations, train staff, and ensure accurate labeling, coding, and inspection of finished product.

Works withWarehouse, QA, Maintenance and Production to meet schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities include setup and operation of label line equipment, verifying codes, and maintaining documentation and safety practices on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Experience with labeling, coding and packaging operations.
• Experience operating automated labeling equipment.
• Lead or training experience preferred.
• Familiarity with TrakSYS manufacturing system.

Responsibilities

• Lead label line operations and coordinate daily activities.
• Train and onboard new label line staff.
• Verify product codes and label accuracy.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance on the line.
