Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a CTLC Lab Projects Coordinator I to drive startup activities for clinical research protocols under supervision. The role focuses on activation, maintenance, and proactive issue resolution to meet study timelines.

Responsibilities include creating essential study documents, coordinating with trial activators, coordinators, and vendors, and maintaining robust communications with internal stakeholders throughout activation and maintenance phases.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3 years of experience in clinical research or related lab/research coordination, preferably oncology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1 year experience in clinical research or lab coordination.

Responsibilities

• Attend Activation & Maintenance Review Meetings and report to leadership.
• Assist in site initiation visits to gather protocol-related information.
• Create and maintain study documents and templates.
• Review materials to ensure alignment with protocol activities.
• Coordinate supply and requisition scanning and tracking.
• Provide ongoing follow-up with internal customers through activation and maintenance phases.
• Serve as liaison for protocol activation and maintenance updates.
