Job summary

Moffitt Research Center is seeking a Clinical Trials Lab Core Project Coordinator I to support startup activities for clinical protocols and sampling under supervision, helping move trials toward activation and manage amendments.

The role requires strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills, and collaboration with CTO, CRC, LPS, and vendors. An associate degree with 3 years in clinical research is required; a bachelor’s with oncology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a relevant field with 3 years experience in clinical research.
• Bachelor's degree with 1 year clinical research in oncology preferred.
• Experience in lab-based sampling coordination or similar coordination roles.

Responsibilities

• Attend Activation & Maintenance Review Meetings and report to leadership.
• Create and maintain study-related documents such as protocol references and service templates.
• Review materials to ensure alignment with protocol activities.
• Assist with reconciliation of supplies and provide ongoing follow-up with internal customers.
• Serve as liaison for protocol activation and maintenance with core teams.
