Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center’s Supervisor Clinical Trials Office leads the clinical research staff and oversees day-to-day operations across studies, ensuring adherence to GCP and regulatory standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; science or health care field preferred (Masters optional).
• SoCRA or ACRP certification is preferred.
• At least four years of clinical trials experience (patient coordination, data management, regulatory, or related).
• OnCore CTMS experience preferred.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of research staff and coordinate study startup activities.
• Serve as a resource to investigators for investigator-initiated trials and protocol execution.
• Perform quality assurance checks for accuracy and completeness of work.
• Collaborate with CTO manager to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Assist in training, performance management, and career development of staff.
