InVia Fertility Specialists in Hoffman Estates, IL seeks a Laboratory Technician to perform semen analysis, maintain QA compliance, and ensure accurate lab results in a busy clinical lab. The role requires an Associate's degree in a biological science and hands-on lab experience; strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential; weekend rotation applies.

Responsibilities

• Perform semen analysis and provide backup support for IUI sperm preparations.
• Maintain lab inventory and supplies for the Endocrinology and Andrology department.
• Conduct quality assurance tests and maintain documentation to meet OSHA, CAP, AAB, and CLIA standards.
• Troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment, liaise with vendors.
• Train lab personnel on regulations, equipment use, and procedures.
• Maintain cryopreservation records for sperm storage.
