InVia Fertility Specialists in Hoffman Estates, IL, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform semen analysis, maintain QA, and ensure every result leaving the lab is accurate and compliant.

You’ll need an associate’s degree in a biological science, hands-on lab experience, and a meticulous, team-oriented approach; weekend rotation is required. The role offers competitive pay and full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform semen analysis and provide backup support for IUI sperm preparations.
• Maintain lab inventory and supplies for the Endocrinology and Andrology department.
• Conduct quality assurance tests and maintain accurate documentation to meet OSHA, CAP, AAB, and CLIA standards.
• Troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment, serving as the internal liaison for related vendors.
• Train lab personnel on OSHA regulations, equipment use, and procedures.
• Maintain detailed cryopreservation records for sperm storage.

The Role

The Laboratory Technician plays a hands-on role in the clinical lab at one of Illinois' leading fertility practices, performing semen analysis, maintaining regulatory compliance, and helping ensure every result that leaves the lab is accurate, consistent, and quality-checked. We're looking for a detail-oriented team player who takes pride in the accuracy of their work.

What You'll Do

What We Offer

• $24–$28/hr, commensurate with experience, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with an every-other-Saturday rotation from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Sunday hours as needed based on patient load. Per diem candidates also considered. Based in Hoffman Estates, IL.
