Job summary

SHAMROCK TECHNOLOGIES INC is seeking a Lab Technician to ensure that manufacturing processes and products meet the company’s quality specifications. The role requires calibration of testing equipment, preparation of specimens, and meticulous record-keeping to support quality control.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Math or Science and at least 3 years in a lab setting, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math or Science preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a lab testing environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Must pass Ishihara color vision test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing processes and products meet the quality specifications.
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment and lab spaces.
• Prepare specimens and samples for testing and record results accurately.
• Review and update lab procedures with Quality Manager as needed.
• Communicate lab findings to Quality Manager and Plant Manager.
• Maintain inventory and ensure supplies are procured in time for testing.
• Support production with start-ups and changeovers as required.
