Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Support the approval of ingredients specifications.
• Review and follow up of ingredients approval requests.
• Support the improvement of digital platforms.
• Support TEC 3 lab operations.
• Shelf-life extension program: support sample receipt, submission, shipping and other operational activities associated with shelf-life extension requests.
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelors Degree in Food Engineering, Biochemistry or Food science
• Good communication skills
• Digital tools such as Microsoft applications and power BI
  
  

Technical Knowledge

• Approval of specifications such as new ingredients or materials for food industry.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems, controlling documentation.
• Attention to detail capabilities is necessary for this role.
• Experience working in food industry
• Power BI and digital tools is a plus.
