Department InformationThe Institute for Bioengineering and Bioscience (IBB, https://research.gatech.edu/bio) is located in Georgia Tech's thriving Biotechnology Complex was launched in 1995 and has since grown to include 280+ faculty. IBB serves to catalyze new research and education initiatives at the interface of bioengineering and bioscience and integrate the broad range of bio-related activities throughout Georgia Tech and its partner institutions.
This position is within the Micro-CT (Microcomputed Tomography), Biomechanics, and Cellular Analysis and Cytometry Core Facilities in IBB.

Job SummaryPerform a variety of technical activities required for conducting tests and experiments in a school or research laboratory within the Institute. Includes data collection and analyses, experiment preparation and equipment setup and operation. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: academic and research faculty, co-workers. SKILLS
This job requires working knowledge of research lab equipment and support processes and practices. Includes skill in data organization, statistical analysis and use of statistical and scientific computer applications.

Other InformationJob Grade: S3
Salary Range: Up to $22.83 per hour per hour. Salary will be commensurate with experience and education.
Due to the responsibilities of this position, this role requires an onsite presence on Georgia Tech's Atlanta campus (100%).
